Sleeping is probably the most underrated factor in bodybuilding while it’s one of the most important factors of muscle growth.
Sleeping supplements like Hibernate, Rested AF, and Fade Out are all designed to help you get a good night of sleep.
As you might already know, I am a massive fan of pre-workout, which contains lots of stimulants, and they interfere with my sleep. That’s why I like to use a natural sleep aid like Redcon1 Fade Out, to combat this.
In this Redcon1 Fade Out Review, we will show you all you need to know about this supplement and if it’s worth trying.
What is Redcon1 Fade Out?
Redcon1 Fade Out is a natural sleep aid designed to help you with getting a deeper sleep cycle. This will result in a better muscle recovery rate and promotes improved growth hormone levels.
They claim that this sleep aid will help you with getting deeper REM sleep.
REM sleep stands for Rapid Eye Movement and is one of the many sleep cycles in your body. It’s often referred to as the deep sleep cycle. The more REM sleep you have the more rested your body is.
It contains a blend of herbs and vitamins that are all known to help with either getting deeper sleep or fall asleep faster.
Fade Out Ingredients
Fade Out contains a mineral and vitamin blend and also a herbal blend.
They included some essential vitamins like vitamins C, E, and B6 for your overall health and to boost your recovery. They also added some extra Zinc and Magnesium, which are both critical for your natural t-levels.
The herbal blend is the most important for the sleep benefits. They added some of the most known ingredients like Melatonin, GABA, and Valerian Root.
Melatonin has been proven to help with falling asleep faster.
Below you will see an image of the full ingredient list.
The benefits of Redcon1 Fade Out
Fade Out is obviously made to get the most out of your sleep. However, what benefits does ìt have for your physical performance?
For an adult it’s advised to get at least 7-8 hours asleep, however, some people are not able to get those numbers. If you’re a bodybuilder than sleep is very important for the muscle gaining process but also if you are getting ready for a show or you would like to lose some weight.
Sleep is also very essential for healthy hormone levels. While you are asleep your body is producing testosterone and estrogen which are both very important for not just building muscle but also for your overall health.
In your sleep, your body is also producing growth hormone, which places a very important role in the growth of muscle.
It’s therefore very important for a bodybuilder to get enough sleep and rest.
You can expect to experience the following effects of Fade Out:
- Fall asleep faster
- Wake up refreshed
- Increased muscle mass
- More energetic throughout the day
It’s also very important to notice that having enough sleep will help with getting more IGF-1, Testosterone, and Growth Hormone. Which are all very important for building muscle.
Fade Out Vs. Hibernate
Hibernate by Huge Nutrition is by far the most popular sleep aid for bodybuilders.
So, how does Fade Out compare to Hibernate?
They both have very similar ingredients like GABA, Melatonin, L-Theanine, and Valerian Root. However, Hibernate contains Kanna which is known to have some very interesting benefits.
After testing both products multiple times I can say that I like to use Hibernate more than Fade Out. Hibernate gave me a better sleep and recovery experience and I felt overall very energetic the day after I used Hibernate.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good product, but I personally like Hibernate more in terms of effectiveness.
Conclusion: Would I recommend it?
Fade Out by Redcon1 is a herbal sleep aid supplement that contains multiple essential vitamins and minerals.
You can experience better sleep quality, which leads to having more energy, recovering faster, and even helps with building muscle mass.
After testing several bodybuilding sleep supplements myself, I can say that Fade Out is a good product, but I would recommend using Hibernate by Huge Nutrition.
Hibernate gave me way better results and is cheaper as well.
