During the first few weeks that a course or workshop is being used, it is important to monitor participants' progress every day, because this is the period when problems are most likely to occur.

It is essential to get feedback from users as soon as possible. Decide on a number of users to contact and ask if they would be willing to share what is working and what isn't, as well as any questions they have. Their questions and your responses can be formatted into a "Frequently Asked Questions" (called FAQs) section which enables future users to quickly access answers to some commonly asked questions.

Process evaluations will help you identify what needs to be changed and which new features and functions can be developed for the next iteration of the WBT.
