A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved with special rates: $155.00 plus taxes. The conference block is reserved under NECTAC Outcomes Meeting. Please use the conference name when you call the hotel toll free in order to receive the special rates. The deadline for the special conference rate is Tuesday, August 5, 2008.
It is imperative that you reserve your sleeping room early. It can be cancelled should your plans change. Should you cancel a reservation being held on your credit card, the deposit is refundable if notice is received by the hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained.
The hotel has accessible rooms available to accommodate guests with disabilities. If needed, please request when making reservations.
If you are planning to attend the National Accountability Conference (8/25-26) just prior to the Outcomes Conference, please notice that these conferences are being held in different hotels. We are asking Outcomes Conference participants to please stay at the Radission Plaza Lord Baltimore Hotel for the Outcomes Conference as we have reserved a block of rooms and because the rooms at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel are reserved for individuals attending the OSEP Leadership Conference (8/27) only.
Each conference participant is responsible for making her/his own travel arrangements to Baltimore. Viking Travel of Chapel Hill , NC, has arranged a special conference rate with American Airlines for conference participants through Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport - BWI. You can book your airline tickets by sending an e-mail to Deby Taylor (deby@vikingtravel.com) or Paula Shile (paula@vikingtravel.com) with your request or by calling (800) 672-5907 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.EST, Monday through Friday. Confirmations will be sent to your e-mail address. If you do not have access to e-mail, confirmations will be sent to your mailing address.
