Plenary Session: Group Perspectives on Issues, Challenges and Promising Practices in Serving Young Children with Special Needs
  • Reports from the 4 facilitated participant group discussions (C, 619, projects and parents) on issues, challenges & promising practices across the country
  • The NECTAC approach to helping states address challenges and improve results for children and families. The TA model involves multiple stakeholders and TA partners in strategic change activities at multiple system levels, over time. Selected states will share experiences.
