For the past 30 years Dr. Robinson has worked as faculty in nursing, special education and/or pediatrics departments directing interdisciplinary clinical, teaching and research programs. Her clinical, research and training efforts have focused on the development, and implementation of early intervention service models and preparation of personnel from multiple disciplines to participate in delivery of those models. A particular interest has been parent-child interaction, and the development of intervention strategies that integrate the content of development and strategies of parent instruction. She has served on ICCs in three states. Most recently she directed a project that brought Part C and child welfare programs together to facilitate interagency cooperation and referral of maltreated children to Part C. Currently, Dr. Robinson is Director, JFK Partners, and Section Head of Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics, Associate Professor Pediatrics and Psychiatry, University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.

Dr. Rosenberg's background is in Clinical Psychology and Special Education. Dr. Rosenberg has worked extensively with parents and their young children with disabilities. His past activities include several projects that provided home-visiting to families of young children at developmental risk and risk for maltreatment. Most recently he and his colleagues have authored several articles addressing the involvement of Part C eligible children in child welfare services. Currently Dr. Rosenberg is Associate Professor, Department of Psychiatry, University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
