John A. Lippitt is a Senior Research Associate with the Heller School, Brandeis University and the Project Manager of the Massachusetts Early Childhood Linkage Initiative (MECLI), a pilot project in MA implementing referrals of children, birth to three, with substantiated cases of abuse and neglect from the Department of Social Services to the Early Intervention Program.
