National Monitoring Conferences
(NCSEAM), also known as the National Monitoring Center, is funded by OSEP to
assist states, local agencies, and OSEP in the implementation of focused
monitoring and evidenced-based decision-making about compliance with IDEA so
that improved results are achieved for children with disabilities.
NCSEAM is housed at the Human Development Center at Louisiana State
University Health Sciences Center, New Orleans.
The most recent Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) monitoring reports
from over 35 states and territories are available.
States' Annual Performance (APR) Letters
OSEP provides written response to each State's APR.
Letters are available for each State's Part B APR
and Part C APR.
