Welcome to OSEP’s Early Childhood Personnel Development web site! This web site is designed for project staff who have OSEP-funded personnel development projects that train personnel to work in early care and education.

OSEP and the National Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center (NECTAC) are working together to support project staff on OSEP-funded personnel development projects. We envision this web site to be a place where project staff can find OSEP resources, view webinars and presentations, share documents, and participate in topical discussion groups. The web site is a work in progress so please visit often to view new features and information. In addition, please feel free to provide us feedback on ways that we can update the web site to meet your needs.

Important Dates

• July 14, 2010: 2010 Personnel Development to Improve Services and Results for Children with Disabilities: CFDA 84.325D and 84.325K Applications Due. These priorities support projects that prepare early intervention, special education, and related services personnel at the associate, baccalaureate, master's, specialist, doctoral, and post-doctoral levels.
• July 19-21, 2010: Registration is open for the 2010 OSEP Project Directors' Conference in Washington, DC. The call for proposals for breakout sessions, discussion groups, and poster sessions is open as well. The deadline for submitting proposals is April 23rd. All projects are encouraged to submit proposals to showcase their work.
• August 2-4, 2010: Registration is open for the 2010 OSEP Early Childhood Conference in Arlington, VA.
