This Web page provides application information from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families for ARRA funding to support the work of State Early Childhood Advisory Councils. The funding is for one-time startup grants to develop and implement State Advisory Council plans. These funds can be used over a three-year period.
